AI / Model series
The Yuki Series.
Small on purpose. Yuki is our efficiency project: the smallest, leanest model we can build, made to be startlingly capable for its size.

What the series is for
Where most of our series chase capability through scale, Yuki chases it through efficiency. The goal is easy to say and hard to do: make the model as small and cheap to run as possible, then push its capability far beyond what its size should allow.
It is also, honestly, a model we build for the joy of it. The name is deliberate. Yuki (雪) means snow in Japanese: small, light, and everywhere at once. That is the feeling we are after, something tiny that turns up anywhere and still surprises you.
The first model, Yuki-1, is in the concept stage. What makes it interesting is the constraint: how much capability can we fit into how little?
