What we collect when you visit.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate information about visits, such as pages viewed, referral sources, device and browser types, and approximate country. We do not use advertising trackers or enable analytics user identification or custom events.

Vercel describes this analytics service as cookie-free and uses a short-lived hash to distinguish visits. That does not mean no request data is processed: your browser sends network and device information to the hosting and analytics service. We do not claim that visiting a website involves no personal-data processing.

Your choices

Our analytics loader checks the browser’s Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals before loading the analytics script. If either supported signal is enabled, the script is not loaded. You can also use a content blocker. A signal must be exposed by your browser for our client-side check to detect it.

Cookies and browser storage

Our site code does not set analytics cookies or store an analytics identifier in local storage. Interface state, such as an open menu or a course search, is held in memory for the current page. Your browser may cache public pages and assets. Optional third-party services have their own storage and privacy practices.

Optional YouTube videos

Video demonstrations load only after you choose “Load video.” We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain, but loading or playing a video still contacts Google/YouTube and shares request information such as your IP address and browser details. Opening a YouTube link takes you to that service. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Course read-aloud

Read-aloud starts only when you select it and uses your browser’s speech synthesis service. We do not record your microphone or upload lesson text to a Sential narration service. Some browser or operating-system voices may use a remote speech service; your provider’s settings and privacy policy apply.

Hosting and messages

Vercel hosts this website and processes requests to deliver and secure it. Its practices are described in the Vercel Privacy Policy.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and handle your request. This website does not provide account registration or a login. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Changes to this page

We update this page when the site’s data practices change and revise the date below.
